These Terms of Service govern your use of the DigiVibe online store at digivibe.ca. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us DigiVibe is an online retailer selling print-on-demand apparel and accessories, fulfilled by Printful. We serve customers in Canada, the European Union, and beyond.

2. Orders & Payment All prices are displayed in the applicable currency for your region. By completing a purchase, you enter into a binding contract with DigiVibe. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing & VAT Prices shown to EU customers are inclusive of VAT where required by law. Canadian customers are charged applicable taxes at checkout.

4. Products All items are made to order. Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor settings. Size guides are provided on each product page — please review them carefully before ordering.

5. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of DigiVibe and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. EU Consumer Rights EU customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability DigiVibe is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. EU customers retain all rights granted under applicable EU consumer protection law.
