All DigiVibe products are custom-made to order and fulfilled by Printful.

Custom-Made Exemption (EU Customers) As all DigiVibe products are custom-made to order, they are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c). This exemption applies to all orders, including those placed by EU customers.

No Returns or Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing guides carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Please report the issue within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damage to info@digivibe.ca.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
