At DigiVibe, all print-on-demand products are fulfilled by Printful. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, unless the product was custom-made or personalized. To exercise this right, contact us at info@digivibe.ca within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

How to Request a Refund Email us at info@digivibe.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
