All DigiVibe products that are print-on-demand are fulfilled by Printful. Orders are produced and shipped after payment is confirmed.
Production Time Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- European Union: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Customs & Duties (EU) All duties and import taxes for EU orders are included in the product price.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@digivibe.ca with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
